Leticia Romero joins the 300-game club with Valencia Basket
HISTORY
Leticia Romero has joined a very exclusive club in the history of Valencia Basket. The team’s second captain has just reached 300 games played in the orange jersey during her seventh season. She is the second player to achieve this milestone, following in the footsteps of another legend, Queralt Casas.
During the first leg of the LF Endesa playoff semifinals at the Roig Arena, the Canary Islands native reached this milestone: 300 games with Valencia Basket. The point guard is the second player with the most games in the club’s history. Currently, the Top 5 consists of Queralt Casas (326), Leticia Romero (300), Raquel Carrera (218), Cristina Ouviña (204), and Marie Gülich (200). Four of those five players continue to wear the orange jersey.
